Procurement Planning Specialist (Korean Speaker)

Your mission

Standard process managing aligned to Global Procurement Strategy & Policy
Structuring & managing vendors sourcing group
Improving/managing compliance of procurement approval process/reports
Search & analysis of information of the European logistics market
Support for in/out-bound logistics & forwarding procurement (tender)
Support for establishing new business logistics networks
Prompt forwarding/logistics quotation support for TPL business sales
Search & analysis information of new trucker and forwarder
GPMS system development, administration and maintenance
Selection of credit rating service and screening/monitoring suppliers risk
Review and manage the procurement data input/output (supplier/tender/evaluation/price/contract)
System training and encouraging employees/suppliers system use
Procurement status & progress managing for regional subsidiaries
Support for vendors management and evaluation process
Support for procurement issue handling and procurement risk management
Search & analysis information of new trucker and forwarder

Your profile

Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience
At least 4-5 years of experience
Problem solving and supporting decision making
Strong Strategic and logical thinking
Networking and working aligned with procurement standards
Ability to manage project efficiently
Good knowledge about logistics market/field and procurement processes
Excellent communication and coordination skills to work in a multicultural environment (Korean/European)
Fluent in Korean and English language skills
