Project and Process Manager (m/f/d)

Your mission

As a Project and Process Manager at our company, you will lead the charge in optimizing our business processes and project management strategies. Your responsibilities will include:


  • Managing projects, documenting progress, reviewing project documents, and leading meetings
  • Develop the use of our internal PM tool Wrike for the management of the projects 
  • Performing project reviews and reporting for management
  • Evaluate existing business processes
  • Identify, design and implement process improvements in coordination with internal stakeholders
  • Analysis, monitoring and readjustment of implemented process optimizations
  • Presentation of progress reports, including integration of feedback
  • Reviewing and updating procedures and guidelines
Your profile

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:


  • Successfully completed studies in business administration, project management or another related field; a master's degree is a plus.
  • Professional experience (at least 5 - 7 yearsin project and process management in the logistic industry is mandatory  
  • Sound knowledge of logistical business processes  
  • Knowledge as well as practical experience with project management methods (Six Sigma, Lean, Scrum, etc.) is also a plus  
  • Excellent time management as well as organizational, analytical and problem solving skills  
  • Proficiency English, German and any other European language would be a plus  
  • Ability to work on multiple project elements simultaneously, handle stressful situations and meet deadlines  
  • Affinity for IT and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
