Your mission
As a Team Member in Quality and Claims at GLOVIS, you will play a crucial role. Your responsibilities will include:
- Establishing quality procedures, standards, and specifications
- Reviewing customer requirements and establishing of processes to meet with
- Standardization of manufacturing or production processes as well as quality processes
- Setting up and maintaining records and documentation of processes
- Managing cases related to damages occurred during transportation/handling/movement of vehicles (transport Damages/Road Accidents/Yard Accidents/Environment Accidents)
- Analyzing cases based on presented documents/facts
- Determine liable party, amount of damage and compensation
- Communication with Business Partners, Customers, LSPs
- Analyses of processes and working out suggestions for improvement
- Creating, checking, and booking of Incoming/Outgoing Invoices
- Creating reports/statistics/KPI files/flow charts
- Evaluate business partners service performance based on KPI
- Looking for ideas for Logistics process Quality improvement
