Team Member Quality & Claims (m/w/d )

Your mission

As a Team Member in Quality and Claims at GLOVIS, you will play a crucial role. Your responsibilities will include:

Establishing quality procedures, standards, and specifications
Reviewing customer requirements and establishing of processes to meet with
Standardization of manufacturing or production processes as well as quality processes
Setting up and maintaining records and documentation of processes
Managing cases related to damages occurred during transportation/handling/movement of vehicles (transport Damages/Road Accidents/Yard Accidents/Environment Accidents)
Analyzing cases based on presented documents/facts
Determine liable party, amount of damage and compensation
Communication with Business Partners, Customers, LSPs
Analyses of processes and working out suggestions for improvement
Creating, checking, and booking of Incoming/Outgoing Invoices
Creating reports/statistics/KPI files/flow charts
Evaluate business partners service performance based on KPI
Looking for ideas for Logistics process Quality improvement

Your profile

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

Successful completed vocational training or hold a degree in logistics or a similar field
Relevant experience in dealing with damage & quality management in the finished vehicle sector
Relevant working knowledge of commercial law as well as transport law and transport regulations
Proficiency in English both written and spoken, along with fluency in any Eastern European language, is a Plus
Advanced knowledge of MS Office software
Very good negotiation & persuading skills
Strength in Analytical thinking
General interest in international logistics services as well as in the automotive industry
Team player with excellent cooperation skills
