As part of the Operations & Customer Service team in Airfreight, your mission involves:

- Dispatch complete transport process including Customs with special focus on 2 party logistics inbound business.
- Effectively communicate with customers, 3rd party logistics service providers, and GLOVIS offices worldwide
- Ensure accurate and timely data entries, client billings, reports, and status checks.
- Support and inform supervisor in case of irregularities or customer complaints
- Manage SAP reporting and maintain compliance with internal and external regulations.
- Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency enhancement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors.
- Actively pursue new clients and implement new business successfully.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively within the airfreight operations team.
- Optimize costs and increase productivity.
- Respond to customer and Glovis Korea team inquiries promptly.
- Organize workloads to ensure smooth operations and create backup solutions.
