As the Manager of ESG, you will play a pivotal role in propelling our environmental, social, and governance initiatives forward. This position is central to developing and executing strategies aimed at enhancing GLOVIS's ESG performance, engaging stakeholders, and instigating positive organizational change.

- Collaborate with senior leadership to craft and refine our ESG strategy, establishing clear goals and targets.
- Conduct comprehensive benchmarking and research to identify emerging trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements within the realm of ESG.
- Oversee the preparation and publication of GLOVIS's ESG reports, including annual sustainability reports, investor disclosures, and responses to ESG surveys and ratings agencies.
- Ensure the highest levels of accuracy, transparency, and alignment with established reporting frameworks, working closely with headquarters to produce reports.
- Engage with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders, including customers, employees, NGOs, and industry associations, to deeply understand their ESG priorities and concerns.
- Foster an environment of open dialogue and collaboration, facilitating continuous improvement in ESG performance across all aspects of GLOVIS's operations.
- Lead the development and implementation of initiatives aimed at reducing GLOVIS's environmental footprint, including strategies for energy efficiency, waste reduction, water conservation, and emissions reduction.
- Monitor environmental performance metrics rigorously, tracking progress towards predetermined targets.
- Drive efforts to promote social responsibility, diversity, equity, and inclusion both within GLOVIS and in the communities where we operate.
- Implement innovative programs to enhance employee engagement, deliver comprehensive diversity training, and facilitate meaningful community outreach.
- Ensure unwavering compliance with corporate governance principles, codes of conduct, and ethical standards, ensuring that GLOVIS's operations consistently reflect our core values.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including finance, risk management, legal, and compliance, to seamlessly integrate ESG considerations into decision-making processes at all organizational levels.
