Your mission
The Key Account Manager (KAM) FVL in Barcelona, Spain is responsible for managing and developing the Spanish Finished Vehicle Logistics department. This role includes overseeing key customer contracts, procurement, team management, and fostering growth with new and existing clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Operations Management: Manage transport contracts with HMES & KES to ensure customer satisfaction and profitability.
- Procurement: Oversee Spanish tender processes, vendor selection, and lead the 2025 Spanish Tender for HMES and KES.
- Development & Sales: Expand third-party customer relations in Spain, work on Spanish tender proposals, establish EDI connections, and develop Lobster TMS.
- Team Management: Lead the Spanish team in Tarragona to meet department objectives.
- Support & Collaboration: Support requests from our European HQ and maintain effective internal communication.
