Your mission
We are seeking a skilled
Accounting Manager to lead and optimize our accounting operations. This critical role involves managing key accounting functions, ensuring compliance with financial standards, and delivering high-quality financial reporting.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Preparing monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial closing packages, including consolidated financial statements (FS).
- Managing audits in compliance with IFRS and HGB standards.
- Reporting financial data to HQ and fulfilling various reporting requirements.
- Producing monthly closing result reports for the CFO and HQ.
- Ensuring adherence to monthly closing schedules and plans.
- Preparing and reviewing detailed closing adjustment reports.
- Analyzing quarterly fluctuations in results and trends.
- Overseeing risk management in accounting, tax, and finance functions.
- Managing sales, cost, and general cost structures for branches and offices.
- Supervising monthly financial closing activities for branches and offices.
- Reviewing internal invoices between headquarters and branches/offices.
- Verifying processes and interface programs (e.g., Genisys) related to sales and cost accruals.
- Managing internal contracts and compliance.
