To support our endeavors, we are currently seeking a highly motivated Supply Chain Management Junior Specialist (m/f/d) to join our Finished Vehicle Logistics Planning & Markets team for an unlimited period in Solna, Stockholm.

Your profile

Operations Support

Support the monitoring and analysis of finished vehicle logistics (FVL) processes in Sweden
Observe and report vehicle movements and compound activities at key locations (e.g., Gothenburg, Malmö)
Facilitate clear and timely communication with OEM customers regarding vehicle deliveries, compound activities, lead times, and issues, acting as a support contact
Preparing reports and status analysis; identifying process inefficiencies and reporting for potential improvements
Track inventory status, identify exceptions, and report operational bottlenecks to headquarters for resolution
Liaising with internal departments and our headquarters in Eschborn, Germany
Undertake occasional business travel within Sweden and, if necessary, to Germany

Business Relations

Support strengthening and maintaining solid customer and supplier relationships through effective communication and liaison
Act as a communication bridge between customers, suppliers, and the Team Leader to ensure seamless internal and external coordination

Office Support

Assist with general office functions to ensure efficient daily operations, including handling communications, organizing schedules, and supporting administrative tasks to reduce the team leader’s workload.

YOUR PROFILE

University degree or vocational training in logistics, supply chain management, business, or a related field
Fluent in Swedish and English written and spoken
Initial experience in logistics is advantageous, preferably in finished vehicle logistics (FVL)
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel
Experience in customer relationship management an advantage
Valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel (within Sweden and to headquarter in Eschborn, Germany)
