To support our endeavors, we are currently seeking a highly motivated Supply Chain Management Junior Specialist (m/f/d) to join our Finished Vehicle Logistics Planning & Markets team for an unlimited period in Solna, Stockholm.
Your profile
Operations Support
  • Support the monitoring and analysis of finished vehicle logistics (FVL) processes in Sweden
  • Observe and report vehicle movements and compound activities at key locations (e.g., Gothenburg, Malmö)
  • Facilitate clear and timely communication with OEM customers regarding vehicle deliveries, compound activities, lead times, and issues, acting as a support contact
  • Preparing reports and status analysis; identifying process inefficiencies and reporting for potential improvements 
  • Track inventory status, identify exceptions, and report operational bottlenecks to headquarters for resolution
  • Liaising with internal departments and our headquarters in Eschborn, Germany
  • Undertake occasional business travel within Sweden and, if necessary, to Germany
Business Relations
  • Support strengthening and maintaining solid customer and supplier relationships through effective communication and liaison
  • Act as a communication bridge between customers, suppliers, and the Team Leader to ensure seamless internal and external coordination
Office Support
  • Assist with general office functions to ensure efficient daily operations, including handling communications, organizing schedules, and supporting administrative tasks to reduce the team leader’s workload.

YOUR PROFILE
  • University degree or vocational training in logistics, supply chain management, business, or a related field
  • Fluent in Swedish and English written and spoken
  • Initial experience in logistics is advantageous, preferably in finished vehicle logistics (FVL)
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel
  • Experience in customer relationship management an advantage 
  • Valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel (within Sweden and to headquarter in Eschborn, Germany)
