Your mission
As an Operations & Customer Service Junior Specialist (m/f/d) your mission is to ensure the smooth operation of current and new airfreight business by managing transport processes, maintaining clear communication with customers and partners, ensuring data accuracy, and upholding compliance and continuous improvement.

- Coordinate and dispatch the complete transport process within the Airfreight branch.
- Communicate effectively with customers, third-party logistics service providers (e.g. trucking companies, airlines, customs), as well as other Glovis offices worldwide.
- Perform accurate and timely data entries, client billings, reports, and status checks.
- Support and inform the supervisor in case of any irregularities or customer complaints.
- Maintain compliance with internal and external rules, laws, and policies at all times (air security plan, customs regulations, and local and international requirements such as IATA DGR regulations).
- Understand the branch process flow and continuously look for opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Understand and ensure adherence to all customers’ standard operating procedures and maintain internal SOPs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors such as airlines, trucking companies, and warehouse agents.
- Ensure continued satisfaction of existing customers and actively contribute to acquiring new clients and successfully implementing new business.
- Organize, coordinate, and communicate effectively within the airfreight operations team to ensure strong business performance.
- Respond to emails and requests from customers and the Glovis Korea team in a timely manner.
- Be prepared to work on weekends and public holidays, in accordance with local labor laws.
