Your mission
As a Business Analyst Specialist, you ensure the company’s sustainable financial health through accurate forecasting, performance analysis, and strategic planning. You provide data-driven insights and actionable recommendations to support effective decision-making across all departments. You proactively identify risks and opportunities to drive operational improvements and cost optimization. Ultimately, your goal is to enhance financial performance and contribute to the company’s long-term growth and value creation.
This position is limited to a fixed-term contract of one year.
  • Provide analytical forecasting, reporting, and project management       
  • Define financial health & recommend financial actions                                      
  • Analyze performance & benchmarks                                        
  • Build financial database by identifying source of information                                         
  • Value assets by appraising current condition                                       
  • Comply company regulatory & check requirements for business                                              
  • Support global internal control (SOX)                                       
  • Assess company operations to determine risk                                     
  • Prepare analysis reports based on monthly data base                                      
  • Report forecasts & variances                                       
  • Determine KPI & develop financial plan                                    
  • Suggest process optimization for cost & work efficiency  
Your profile
  • Bachelor Degree in Business Management or other relevant experiences 
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in business analysis, financial planning, or project management
  • Fluency in written and spoken English. Additional language skills are welcome
  • Excellent Excel skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking and Planning & organizational talent 
  • Financial & Legal Knowledge and Business Process Management Skills
  • Mandatory: Korean language
