To drive our ambitions forward, we are looking for an experienced and resilient Invoicing Team Leader / Manager (m/f/d) with a proactive and collaborative mindset to join our FVL Invoicing, Controlling & Business Innovation Department and lead the FVL Invoicing team in Eschborn 65760.

Team Lead

Lead and coordinate the FVL Invoicing team to ensure that the team’s and department’s goals are met
Coach, mentor, and develop team members to strengthen skills, enhance performance, and foster career growth
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Accounting, IT, and Operations) to ensure smooth workflows

Invoice Management

Check, issue and settle outgoing invoices and incoming invoices; bookkeep in internal systems
Ensure sales and cost data accuracy, confirm sales and costs
Communicate with suppliers/customers regarding invoice-related queries
Coordinate with the operations department regarding costs issues
Monthly closing management reporting

Development

Proactively lead the set-up of a clear dunning process and e-invoicing systems
Driving continuous improvement of settlement and invoicing processes
Participate in internal development projects

Your profile

Bachelor’s degree in relevant field, or equivalent
Minimum 7 years of relevant work experience, ideally in invoicing, accounting or logistics
Language skills: fluent in English
Flexibility to adapt working hours as required during month-end closing
Resilient, solution- and service-oriented mindset with strong legal awareness, excellent communication skills, and a high sense of compliance
Strong knowledge of logistics, invoicing & accounting principles, relevant laws & regulations
Excellent Microsoft 365 software and presentation skills

Sie verstärken unser FVL Invoicing Team und übernehmen dessen Leitung an unserem Standort in 65760 Eschborn .

Teamleitung

Führung und Koordination des FVL Invoicing Teams zur Sicherstellung der Zielerreichung des Teams und der Abteilung
Coaching, Mentoring und Weiterentwicklung der Teammitglieder zur Stärkung ihrer Fähigkeiten, Leistungssteigerung und beruflichen Entwicklung
Zusammenarbeit mit bereichsübergreifenden Teams (Finance, Accounting, IT und Operations), um reibungslose Abläufe sicherzustellen

Rechnungsmanagement

Prüfen, Erstellen und Abwickeln von Ausgangs- und Eingangsrechnungen; Verbuchung im internen Buchungssystem
Sicherstellung der Datenqualität bei Umsatz- und Kostendaten; Bestätigung von Umsätzen und Kosten
Kommunikation mit Lieferanten und Kunden bei rechnungsbezogenen Anfragen
Abstimmung mit der Operations-Abteilung bei kostenbezogenen Themen
Erstellung monatlicher Abschluss- und Managementberichte

Weiterentwicklung

Proaktive Gestaltung und Einführung eines klaren Mahnwesens sowie elektronischer Rechnungssysteme
Kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Abrechnungs- und Fakturierungsprozesse
Mitarbeit an internen Entwicklungs- und Optimierungsprojekten

Ihr Profil

Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium in einem relevanten Bereich
Mindestens 7 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung, idealerweise in der Abrechnung, Buchhaltung oder Logistik
Nachweisbare Führungserfahrung
Sprachkenntnisse: fließend Englisch
Bereitschaft Arbeitszeiten bei Bedarf im Rahmen des Monatsabschlusses flexibel anzupassen
Belastbare, lösungs- und serviceorientierte Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägtem Rechts- und Compliance-Verständnis, exzellenten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und
Fundierte Kenntnisse in Logistik, Rechnungswesen & Abrechnung, sowie einschlägigen Gesetzen und Richtlinien
Sehr gute Microsoft 365-und Präsentationskenntnisse
