Your mission

To drive our ambitions forward, we are looking for an experienced and resilient Sales Manager (m/f/d) with a proactive and collaborative mindset to join our F/F Sales Department to develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive sustainable growth in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).

Your profile

• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Sales or Business Development within the logistics or freight forwarding industry
• Proven track record in developing new business and managing key accounts within the DACH region
• Experience with tender management, pricing models, and contract negotiations in B2B logistics
• Familiarity with international logistics processes (Road, Air, Ocean, Rail) and related customer requirements.
• Language skills: fluent in English and German / additional language skills are welcome
• Solid understanding of international transport and logistics operations
• Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to present complex logistics solutions in a clear and compelling way
