Your mission
As a Business Analyst Specialist, you ensure the company’s sustainable financial health through accurate forecasting, performance analysis, and strategic planning. You provide data-driven insights and actionable recommendations to support effective decision-making across all departments. You proactively identify risks and opportunities to drive operational improvements and cost optimization. You will analyze financial data, prepare reports, and deliver insights to improve the financial performance of subsidiaries across Europe, Turkey, and the CIS region. Acting as the key liaison between headquarters in Korea and international subsidiaries, you will ensure smooth financial operations and compliance across our global network. Ultimately, your goal is to enhance financial performance and contribute to the company’s long-term growth and value creation.
  • Provide analytical forecasting, reporting, and project management  while collaborating with finance teams across EU and CIS subsidiaries to enhance predictive analytics capabilities     
  • Define financial health & recommend financial actions                                      
  • Analyze performance & benchmarks                                        
  • Build financial database by identifying source of information                                                                     
  • Comply company regulatory & check requirements for business                                              
  • Support global internal control (SOX)                                       
  • Assess company operations to determine risk                                     
  • Prepare analysis reports based on monthly data base                                      
  • Report forecasts & variances                                       
  • Determine KPI & develop financial plan                                    
  • Suggest process optimization for cost & work efficiency  
Your profile
  • Completed degree in business administration with a focus on finance or economics (or a comparable qualification)
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of work experience in finance, accounting, or business analysis
  • CPA, CFA, ACCA, or FRM qualifications are an advantage
  • Extensive knowledge of Excel, Experience of SAP
  • Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, process improvement and Planning & organizational talent 
  • Financial & Legal Knowledge and Business Process Management Skills
  • Fluent in English, proficiency in Korean
