Operations
- Manage and optimize the full transport cycle for Mobis Europe, ensuring timely, cost‑efficient, and high‑quality deliveries
- Oversee daily logistics operations including KPI monitoring, cost control, claims and damage handling, and invoicing coordination
- Ensure compliance with environmental and safety standards, including EURO 5/6 vehicle requirements and ISO documentation
Bidding & Procurement
- Lead the GPMS‑based bidding process, including planning, vendor registration, quotation follow‑up, bid evaluation, and negotiation
- Coordinate tender documentation, procurement workflows, and support contract approval procedures
- Maintain accurate contract classification, documentation storage, and status tracking
Management & Coordination
- Collaborate closely with procurement, legal, QCA, and European logistics teams to ensure seamless operational performance
- Support internal contract management processes and align with cross‑functional stakeholders on operational priorities
Development & Growth
- Identify and support the acquisition of new potential clients and service providers to strengthen the transport network
- Contribute to the improvement of logistics processes and efficiency initiatives
Support & Reporting
- Prepare regular management reports and provide updates on bidding status, contract progress, and operational performance
- Handle internal and HQ-related requests, ensuring smooth communication and timely information flow
