Operations:
- Manage daily operations and follow up on end-to-end transport activities
- Communicate effectively with internal departments as well as other Glovis offices and branches
- Provide customer support and handle customer inquiries
- Perform accurate and timely daily data entries in customers ERP systems
- Conduct regular status checks and data clean-ups
- Process system related demands for ocean freight and inland trucking
- Maintain relationships with existing Chinese customers
- Strengthen relationships and act as first point of contact for Chinese customers
- Respond to Chinese customer inquiries as needed
- Assist the Commercial and Operations Team to align strategies for increasing revenue
