Are you a facility specialist looking for a challenging role in a dynamic environment? We are seeking a talented individual to ensure the smooth, safe, and efficient operation of the workplace by managing facilities and company assets, coordinating security and safety measures, and supporting sustainable and environmentally responsible practices.


Your responsibilities will be:
  • General facility management tasks
  • Supporting our sides across Europe on facility-related topics
  • Supporting the security officer on safety and security in the office
  • Supporting the fleet management
  • Administrative tasks
  • Coordinating service providers and internal requests

Your profile

Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in a comparable qualification
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in facility management
Skills & Competencies
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Problem-solving and analytical thinking mindset
  • Structured and reliable way of working
Technical & Language Skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Teams)
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Additional European language is a plus
  • Category B driver license
