As an HR Generalist (m/f/d) you will play a key role in delivering efficient, accurate, and compliant HR operations throughout the entire employee lifecycle. As a trusted partner for employees and managers, you will combine operational excellence with a service-oriented mindset to support our people, optimize HR processes, and contribute to an outstanding employee experience.
Depending on your qualifications, professional experience, and overall profile, this position may be filled at the Specialist level or at the Junior Specialist level, offering the opportunity to grow and develop within the role.In this role, you will:
- Support the smooth operation of HR administration and employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, personnel records, and HR documentation.
- Support payroll preparation, reporting, SAP salary postings, benefits administration, and ensure accurate time management.
- Act as the first point of contact for employees and managers on HR-related topics, providing guidance and resolving inquiries.
- Coordinate recruitment activities, support hiring managers, and ensure a positive recruitment experience.
- Maintain and optimize HR systems (e.g. Personio, AskDante, SAP), ensuring data accuracy and reliable reporting.
- Prepare HR reports, support audits, and ensure compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to performance management, learning & development, internal HR communications, and cross-functional HR initiatives.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to simplify processes and enhance the overall HR experience.
