You will support Glovis Europe’s projects from both a commercial and operational perspective, ensuring contracts, calculations, timelines and deliverables are well managed. You will analyse and improve contract structures, prepare clear project calculations and presentations, coordinate stakeholders, and proactively monitor project progress, risks and resources. Your role is key to ensuring projects run smoothly, decisions are well supported, and the company’s interests are protected.
Depending on your qualifications, professional experience, and overall profile, this position may be filled at the Specialist level or at the Junior Specialist level, offering the opportunity to grow and develop within the role.

Your Responsibilities
Contract & Commercial Analysis
  • Analyse existing NSC contracts, rate structures and liability provisions
  • Review and simplify contract templates to improve clarity and usability
  • Review Forwarders’ and Transport Liability Insurance and identify opportunities for improvement
Project Management & Coordination
  • Take ownership of assigned projects from initiation through completion, ensuring clear objectives, responsibilities, timelines, budgets and deliverables
  • Initiate and lead the design of project concepts and solutions together with the relevant internal and external teams, translating business requirements into clear project structures and actionable plans
  • Coordinate and monitor projects, ensuring timelines, budgets and deliverables are on track and driving follow-up actions where required
  • Manage resources, priorities and workloads across projects, ensuring effective collaboration between the respective teams
  • Identify risks and issues early, assess their potential impact and drive appropriate solutions and mitigation measures
  • Manage scope changes and ensure project objectives are achieved while maintaining alignment with business requirements
  • Act as the central point of coordination for assigned projects, taking accountability for progress, communication and successful implementation
Project Calculations & Presentations
  • Prepare and maintain complex project calculation files to support accurate decision-making
  • Develop clear, professional presentations for projects, management and departmental requirements
Communication & Reporting
  • Coordinate collaboration between teams, departments and external partners
  • Provide clear and timely project updates and proactively flag issues
  • Prepare concise reports and management information based on accurate data

Your profile

  • Bachelor degree in project management, international logistics or similar field
  • 3+ years of project management experience, including management reporting and presentations, proactive coordination and stakeholder outreach
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Fluent English written and spoken, German and other European languages is a plus
  • Knowledge and experience of Finished Vehicle Logistics industry is a strong advantage
