Your mission

Hyundai Glovis is committed to excellence in the automotive logistics industry and pride ourselves on building strong customer relationships and providing exceptional service. To support our endeavors, we are looking for a Quality & Claims Operator (m/f/d) to join our Finished Vehicle Logistics department in Eschborn, 65760. This is a dynamic, hands-on role centered around supporting the team and delivering great experiences — both behind the scenes and in direct interactions with transport partners.

According to your qualifications and experience, you may be hired at either a Specialist or Junior Specialist position.

Your profile

Establish and maintain quality standards, processes and procedures.
Manage and investigate damages and claims related to transport, handling, yard operations and vehicle movements.
Analyse incidents, identify root causes and responsibilities, and define corrective actions and countermeasures.
Conduct audits of trucks, drivers, compounds and logistics service providers.
Monitor quality and logistics KPIs, identify deviations and follow up on corrective actions.
Coordinate with customers, carriers, LSPs and other business partners regarding quality issues and claims.
Identify process gaps and implement improvements in logistics and quality processes.
Prepare and maintain quality documentation, reports, statistics and KPI analyses.
Review and support contracts and requirements relating to quality and claims.

Your profile

Fluent German and English, both written and spoken.
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Quality Management, Quality Assurance or a comparable role.
Proven experience in logistics, ideally within the automotive industry / Finished Vehicle Logistics (FVL)
Experience with audits, incident investigations, claims and root-cause analysis.
Experience defining and following up on corrective actions and countermeasures.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with confident stakeholder management.
Structured, independent and detail-oriented working style.
