Your mission
We are looking for a motivated
Ocean Import-Export Operation Junior Specialist to join our team in
Budapest. In this role, you will:
Operations:- Take an active role in daily operations and manage the complete transport process.
- Communicate effectively with customers and third-party logistics providers (trucking companies, ocean carriers, customs agents, rail providers) to ensure all parties have relevant information.
- Liaise with internal departments, such as Accounting and Finance, as well as with other company branches.
ERP System Update and Maintenance:- Perform accurate and timely data entries on a daily basis.
- Conduct regular status checks and clean up data.
- Upload Bills of Lading (BL) based on customer requests.
Accounting:- Support monthly closing processes and client billing.
- Calculate the correct selling amount.
- Create and provide necessary documents and invoices.
Reporting:- Prepare regular internal and external reports related to deliveries for customers.
- Generate internal reports for monthly closing activities.
- Provide performance reporting.
