Ocean Import-Export Operation Specialist/Staff (Hungary)

Your mission

Dispatch complete transport process.
Communicate effectively with customers, 3rd party logistics service providers like trucking companies, ocean carriers, customs.
Take active role in the daily operation.
Communicate effectively with customer and internal department such as Accounting and Finance Department.
Be the first contact person for customer complaints.
Accurate and timely data entries, client billings, reports, status checks.
Provide proactive problem resolution and corrective actions to ensure excellence in service.
Provide performance reporting.

Your profile

2-3 years’ work experience in freight forwarding industry.
Knowledge Microsoft Office Applications, i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook etc.
Good command of both written and spoken English and Hungarian. Korean language is a plus.
Able to work under pressure.
A good team player.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Analytical and problem solving capabilities.
Immediate available is highly preferred.
