Operations Quality Coordinator, Terminal & Transport (m/w/d)

Job Responsibilities:

Ensure conformity of vehicle preparations and control the quality of operations.
Monitor the quality post-PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) before delivery to dealers.
Supervise control processes to ensure vehicles are prepared according to services ordered.
Oversee the work of our Logistics Service Provider (LSP) to maintain high standards.
Proactively manage and reduce customer complaints by addressing quality issues.
Maintain daily documentation of identified anomalies and present them to management for improvement suggestions.
Map anomalies using photographic evidence and feed into internal reports.
Control truck loading to minimize damage rates and ensure compliance with safety distances per ECG standards.
Investigate reported vessel damage as indicated by agents.
Assist in investigations related to compound or transport accidents.

Your profile

Proven experience in quality control, logistics, or operations management is a plus.
Understanding of PDI processes and quality assurance methodologies.
Excellent attention to detail with the ability to identify and resolve anomalies.
Effective communication skills to liaise with internal teams and external partners.
Proficiency in documentation and reporting tools.
Knowledge of safety standards and regulations in transport and logistics.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Fluent in French (C2), both written and spoken and a good level of English (B2) are mandatory
