Operations Quality Coordinator, Terminal & Transport (m/w/d)

Job Responsibilities:
  • Ensure conformity of vehicle preparations and control the quality of operations.
  • Monitor the quality post-PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) before delivery to dealers.
  • Supervise control processes to ensure vehicles are prepared according to services ordered.
  • Oversee the work of our Logistics Service Provider (LSP) to maintain high standards.
  • Proactively manage and reduce customer complaints by addressing quality issues.
  • Maintain daily documentation of identified anomalies and present them to management for improvement suggestions.
  • Map anomalies using photographic evidence and feed into internal reports.
  • Control truck loading to minimize damage rates and ensure compliance with safety distances per ECG standards.
  • Investigate reported vessel damage as indicated by agents.
  • Assist in investigations related to compound or transport accidents.
Your profile
  • Proven experience in quality control, logistics, or operations management is a plus.
  • Understanding of PDI processes and quality assurance methodologies.
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to identify and resolve anomalies.
  • Effective communication skills to liaise with internal teams and external partners.
  • Proficiency in documentation and reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of safety standards and regulations in transport and logistics.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in French (C2), both written and spoken and a good level of English (B2) are mandatory
