Ocean Shipments:

• Plan and organize new and upcoming shipments efficiently
• Communicate with customers and suppliers to coordinate logistics to ensure an optimal flow
• Manage vessel and inland transportation schedules to ensure timely delivery

Spot Air Shipments:

• Plan and organize new shipments
• Communicate with customers to confirm shipment requirements and provide updates
• Gather and maintain all documentation and contracts related to each shipment

Invoicing:

• Check incoming buying invoices for accuracy
• Issue buying invoices in accordance with rate tables provided by the team leader

Sales: 

• Develop new customers and identify potential business opportunities
• Expand business with existing customers 
• Conduct market research to support sales strategy and identify trends
